1. Introduction

Welcome to UX-AI Design Course. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [https://ux-aicourse.framer.website/] and our online UX-AI Design Course ("Course"). By enrolling in our Course or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in our Course, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

a. Registration To access our Course, you must create an account and pay the applicable fees. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

b. Access Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the Course materials, which may include video lectures, readings, assignments, and other resources. Access to these materials is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

c. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payments and Refunds

a. Payment Options

We offer three payment options for our Course:

1. One-Time Payment basic course

Access: Make a one-time payment to gain lifetime access to the Course content, including 40 lessons, 14 chapters, a Certificate upon completion, Free templates, and Online course access.

No Mentorship Benefits: This option does not include any mentorship sessions.

2. One-Time Payment pro

Access: Make a one-time payment to gain lifetime access to the Course content, including 40 lessons, 14 chapters, a Certificate upon completion, Free templates, and Online course access.

Mentorship Benefits: This option does include 1 mentorship session of 30 minutes to talk about your project course.

3. One-Time Payment premium

Access: Make a one-time payment to gain lifetime access to the Course content, including 40 lessons, 14 chapters, a Certificate upon completion, Free templates, and Online course access.

Mentorship Benefits: This option does include 2 mentorship sessions of 30 minutes to talk about your project course and your portfolio.

b. No Refunds
All payments made for the Course are non-refundable. By purchasing access to the Course, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, whether partial or full, regardless of the reason.

d. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. You agree to abide by the terms of service of that processor. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, including but not limited to failed transactions or unauthorized charges.

e. Referral Program – Course Completion Bonus

We offer a Referral Program as a reward for students who complete the course. Upon finishing all 14 videos, students will unlock access to a unique referral link.

Referrers will receive a 25% commission for each new customer who purchases the course using their referral link. This commission will be paid out monthly.

Referral links may not be used for self-referrals or spammy distribution. We reserve the right to withhold commission in the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Referral program terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation implies acceptance of any such changes.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Course Content All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PD Course or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course content for personal, educational purposes only.

b. Restrictions You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Course content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Course and website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.

• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

• Disrupt the operation of our website or services.

• Engage in any activity that could damage or impair the functioning of our website or Course.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimers The Course and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Course will meet your specific requirements or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

b. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, PD Course and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Course or inability to access the Course.

8. Modifications to the Course and Terms

a. Course Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Course (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

b. Term Modifications We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to access the Course will cease immediately, but the provisions of these Terms regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dutch law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Course will be resolved through binding arbitration in the Netherlands, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

11. Third-Party Hosting

a. Course Hosting
The Course materials are hosted on a third-party website/platform. We have selected this platform to provide you with access to the Course content, but we do not own or control the platform.

b. No Liability for Platform Issues
While we strive to ensure that the Course materials are available and accessible, we are not responsible for any loss of access to or data related to the Course materials due to issues with the third-party platform. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the platform experiences downtime, is shut down, or otherwise becomes unavailable.

c. Risk Acknowledgment
By using our Course, you acknowledge and accept the risk that the third-party platform may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuation, which may impact your ability to access the Course materials. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such issues.

d. No Compensation
In the event that the third-party platform is unavailable or you lose access to the Course materials due to reasons beyond our control, we will not provide any form of compensation or refund.
